SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Once you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from Be All Skincare.  Please check your spam or junk email folder if you haven't receive the email.

Order will normally be dispatched within 2-5 working days upon receipt of payment. We provide delivery service to Hong Kong.  Please refer to the detailed information below.

Local Delivery (Hong Kong Address) - by SF Express or HK Post with tracking number:

• FREE shipping for net purchase of $450 HKD or above
• For orders below $450 HKD, a shipping fee of $30 HKD will be charged
• We accept delivery to Commercial / Industrial / Residential Address, and SF Express Service Points / Lockers

International Delivery - SUSPENDED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE
